Well, this illustrates how useless are all these videos with exhaust sounds. It seems like the bike becomes quieter with baffles removed - but this is because while probably actually louder, sound is shifted to low frequencies and not reproduced well in these videos. This is because of (1) microphone limitation and (2) youtube crappy sound file processing. Also, exhaust note is very much different under load, free revving in neutral gives just wheezy sound.
I have installed 3-into-2 Arrows too, but keep the baffles in. I'm happy with the sound, and think that any louder will be too much for me (more annoying that amusing). Can anybody tell me if it is really much louder without baffles or just different sound? How about under the load?
