Justin,
Are you sure it's engine oil and not hydraulic fluid? The slot at the bottom of the clutch slave cylinder is to release hydraulic fluid witch would indicate a piston seal. Engine oil leaks tend to come out the bottom of the sprocket cover and could be the clutch rod seal, countershaft seal or shift shaft seal, and yes, you would have to remove the sprocket cover to get to them.
