brakes and gearbox
Hi everyone. My first post. Just bought a 06 black rocket with 11,000 miles. The last service was carried out at 9,000 miles. I have a pulsating through the front brake lever when braking from speed. It feels like warped discs. My last bike was a 05 speed triple and the break lever travel felt similar but without the pulsating. Any comments re similar eperience would be appreciated.
More concerning when accelerating in 3rd at about 2500 - 3000 revs I sometimes get a noise sounding like it is trying to jump out of gear. It does not jump out of gear and continues to ride as normal but this has happened three times in my first few hundred miles of rideing. It may be the shaft drive making the noise. This is my first shaft driven bike so again would appreciate comments
