My 99 Legend manual (originally purchased in Canada) lists the requirements for fuel in the European format - 95 RON. Some research on this came up with the following from Wikipedia - "However most European pumps deliver 95 (RON) as "regular", equivalent to 90-91 US (R+M)/2."
I just bite the bullet and fill up with premium.
