I had the same problem on the GF's BB. We both have M bars, but hers would stick at certain positions of the throttle being open. Checked everything and even tried to WD40 - but found it was a thick spot in the powdercoating on the bar. Pulled the throttle assembly and hit the bar with some sandpaper til the run line was smooth. GF reports it's working like a charm.
