The two I know of are Wolf/Trident (still available) & Black Widow (no longer available) - the Trident for sure is a twin muffler design & I
thought the ' Widow was too. So I'm a bit stumped - may be a custom job.

As Japwhat02 suggest, S3 top clamp & riser will be best bet for stock 22mm bars or add 'fat' after-market risers to the S3 top yoke plus the 29mm tapered bars for another option. OEM S3 top clamp & risers are rare commodities on EBay however - VERY popular item when they come up, which is rare.
LSL do a bar conversion top clamp/riser converion kit - check out Speigler, pretty sure they offer it.
Clip-on options would be HeliBars, Convertibars, CycleCat or Gilles Variobar to name a few - none will give you that naked regular sit-up-&-beg handlebar look, but can evoke a 60's cafe racer style, naked plus clip-ons.
Either way you will most likely require new brake line(s) - I think clutch & throttle cable will be OK.
