ebay has the caps for cheap. dont know about the exhaust, maybe a black widow.... My buddy did his windscreen with black pant on the underside, and it looks good.
Rat... just get a top clamp from a S3 and mount you some bars on there, or you could throw some heli bars on ther also. As for the cables, im not too sure, you might be able to get away with it.
