Smile MRA Vario - so far so good....

It's unfortunate that the experience with the same screen can vary so much between riders,
but there's no way around it.

I'm 6'4" and use a Corbin saddle, so I'm sitting high to start with. I recently removed a Cee Bailey's #2 screen (8.5 in +) along with my bar risers, and installed the Vario. I have the spoiler all the way up. I have found that while there is more "resistance" on my shoulders, I have a steady stream of clean air at the helmet. Of course I don't expect "still air" around the head, but the clean air is a pleasant compromise. Removing the risers to lower my helmet position a bit probably has helped as well (long arms help too!)

I doubt we'll be able to turn the Tiger into a long distance tourer with the peaceful cockpit of a Goldwing without it looking ridiculous. For such a versatile and unique bike, I'm lucky to have found a solution to the battering. Also, these screens seem overpriced for a piece of plastic, so I'm very hesitant to test them out one after the other!!!!
