I'm with HappyMan on this. You and I have the same bike and I love the Vario. I have the adjustment only one notch up from the lowest setting and I'm in heaven. I'm 6'2" (with boots) and a long torso, so I'm not sure if that is the difference. I get absolutely no head shaking as before with four other screen attempts. Sorry to hear you haven't had success in eliminating the buffeting.
PS I had it to 124 the other day with no problem. It (the screen) shook a tad, but that's to be expected. Still no buffeting even at that speed.
