Be careful how far you go with thicker fork oil. I hear a lot of talk about this here, but it will slow down the responsiveness of your suspension. I would increase it more than 5w over the spec from Triumph. ( I bet this will start a bit of chatter here! ) If that isn't enough, you should consider changing to stiffer fork springs, or progressives.
