You can bend perspex (which I believe is called plexiglass in the USA) in a domestic oven at about 150 degrees (C of course). You get a much more even heat than a heat gun etc so less rippling. That temperature is safe for a wooden former if you don't leave it in too long, and adds an interesting flavour to the next meal you cook in there.
