Just a thought but would it be easier to buy a screen from say a BMW tourer or similar and cut the base of it to suit the mounting for the Tiger? Not sure how it would look but may be worth a go and might be easier than trying to shape acrylics.

I had a K1200GT (electric sceen model) before the Tiger and it gave pretty good protection so may work. May be able to pick one up from ebay or if you have a mate with a bike that has a screen that may work perhaps they would let you make a mould from it?
