The three maps from power commander are a blanket fix.none fix the programing perfectly, but are close. I'm riding a 2000 TT.
When I had the Micron pipe/k&n filter combo on I had to sit down and made "my own map" by useing the first 1/2 of map #2 and the second 1/2 of map three. Because the filter/pipe madean already large flat spot worse from 3000-4000 rpm that I could not cure. Some day I'll get it on the dyno (lack of $$$).

But at the moment I have the stock pipe back on (Micron needed rebuild) w/ map #2 and it runs great, plus most of the flat spot is gone.

Save yourself a headache, put it on the dyno and get a cusot map as soon as possible.
