Willeytt,

I have just fitted the usb version to my 2003 TT600 (UK) and am a bit in the dark too. Dynojet will tell you that their map will further optimize the stock settings, in fact Dynojet UK tell me that a PC will 'transform' my bike. There is a map on the USA site for a K&N or stock air filter with a micron slip on can. I think this would be your starting point. I checked at my local dyno yesterday and they do say no 2 bikes are the same and each should have a dyno run and a custom map.

Interestingly I fitted my PC last night, it all powers up okay but the bike would not start with the PC connected? Disconnect and it starts perfectly. Sent it 3 different maps, zero, stock, and the one above and no difference. All connections seem okay. Got late so I am going to have another look today.

Anyone have any ideas??

Shaun
