How to properly set my Power Commander

I have a k&N filter, and a slip on Yoshimura RS-3 exaust on a 2003 TT600. I picked up a power commander (serial not usb) for $100. Now I want to properly map my bike. I downloaded the maps off dynojet's website, but have know idea which one to use, or how to best tune the bike.

I currently set the bike to a 0 map.

p.s. I don't have money for a dyno tune, but wish i did.
