Just read your last message. Yeah that instruction sheet you found on that web site is basically what i did. I didn't use water though.. i guess it would work, but i would fear it sucking up into the engine. I figure with using heavy weight oil, it would move slower and also if it did go into the engine. (never had it happen) it would be no big deal because it will just get burned, and cause no problems other than a little smoke.
