Not that i am any help....i just noticed that the short rubber tube is not attached to the black tipover thing and is just hanging straight down. Is this ok? This tipover thing valve and tube extending from it goes all the way under the bike.
In order to attach the short tube to the valve it needs to be bent at a right angle. I am going to remove the tipover valve and long vertical tube and see if it is clogged up.
