I got to say- my faith has been restored.
After writing to Triumph about my ongoing intermittant electrical 'quirk' and the fact it wasn't fixed and i still had to pay...etc etc i didn't expect much back.
However yesterday morning, 3 days after posting my letter I got a call from my dealers. Triumph customer services had been in touch. They said the wanted me to leave happy so all my money will be refunded and they'll see how they can progress with fixing the fault.
so I was pretty impressed with the speed and the sorting out.
That made me feel a bit better. trying to get the chain rub strip on in the p!ssing rain was not so much fun. will attack it again today.
