I don't know what the missing plugs are or where they go, but the broken part sure looks like an oil pressure sender.
If you didn't swap the Daytona exhaust, one of the plugs might be for the O2 sensor. TT600 and S4s were Sagem injected and didn't have one. Four cylinder Daytonas have Kiehin injection and O2 sensors.
