Well just thought I'd post an update on the S1. Had it for the last 5 months and it has been great apart from one small problem. When I got it, I read that a few people had had a problem with the anti-fog coating peeling off the visor. Well surprise, surprise, it happened to me too. In all fairness, I didn't exactly follow Schuberth's instructions 100% with regard to cleaning - I mean have you tried washing the outside and keeping the inside dry? Anyway, dropped them a quick email to tell them about the anti-fog coming off and they said to send them my address and phone number and my receipt for the lid, which I did. They then tried to call me as soon as they received them in the post to tell me that they had sent me a new visor out via UPS straight away. Got here this morning. If only more companies would deal with their customers so well. Other than that, the lid is still the comfiest one I've ever worn, it doesn't seem to have given or stretched any and the venting is great now that it's getting warmer. On the down side, it does give me the dodgiest helmet hair ever, but hey, I'm not that vain to really give a **** about that!
