I hear ya bud...

Not with so many problems and my Chain Rubbing strip looks fine...after 8000 miles or so. I inspected it when I just removed/replaced the rear tire to have an Avon put on.

Now my dealer (STEALER is far more appropriate) took notice of my clutch cable wear and claimed to note it in the file. They get rid of the good service manager, a very enthusiastic and knowledgable guy, and all of a sudden find it odd that my bike had a file. Next thing you know for the 6000 service they claim "Triumph won't cover that until it snaps". I simply asked "well thats nice, does Triumph cover my towing bill when it snaps and I'm screwed up to 250 miles from a repair facility?" The answer was of course NO.

So I have to tell you its the service and lack of Triumph Customer Service that has sold me to replace my Speed 4 with a Japanses bike as my next machine. Now I do plan to continue owning this Speed 4 until some major problems come but I've had it with terrible pricing, terrible service, and the lack of Triumph Customer Service.
