Going down 1 tooth in the front is the equivalent to adding 2.5 teeth in the rear. So if you got a 16 tooth front sprocket if you went with a 41 or a 40 tooth rear your gearing would be close to what you currently have. The 40 would be a little taller gearing & the 41 would be a little shorter.

The only thing that I can't fix is the loose nut between the seat & the bars....
