Left for Miami today, three and a half hours later there's me alone trying to load an '04 D600 completely assembled except for front forks/wheel into an Acura Integra. Half an hour later, and with the a little help from a young'n, got the entire bike in the back of a two seater, all doors closed and everything =)
I got home at 7, started taking out the engine/subframe from the D600. Three hours later, engine and subframe are in the TT600. Overall not a bad swap, did it solo with just the help of a floor jack with a towel over the end of it.
Tomorrow gotta finish up the wiring, and hopefully i'll get her to fire up! I'll post some pictures later.
