don't know. the goal on my swap was to get the most power out of the bike as possible on a budget. the 650 throttle body setup is different even from the Daytona 600 and it made the most sense to use the best of all the parts available. if the 650 motor were going into a TT600, i think the wiring harness would fit better as you'd have a place to put all that wiring up front.
