I wasn't happy with the vibes on my m-bars either. I added a pile of lead to the ends by flattening fishing weights and drilling the centres out so that the end caps can be mounted (I have the plugs in the bar-ends). This helped a bit. Ran it like that for most of last year.
Just last week I found that Honda bar end weights mount similarly to our end-caps. My local dealer gave me two for $5 from a scrap bin. An M5 x 50 flat head screw was all that i needed to mount them to the existing plugs. The vibes are quite a bit better now, but still not as smooth as the original bars. At least the stock mirrors are clearer. For $7 it was a worthwhile improvement.
