Unbelievable, But not uncommon. I also had the dealer download an sai tune onto a non sai bike ran horribly all the way home (1 1/2 hr drive). When my tuneboy arrived two days later I was able to confirm this. Talked directly to the owner who refunded my money and gave me a $25.00 gift certificate.Never been back since.
