ignition fuse blowing

It's a 2008 Bonnie. The problem is VERY intermittent - the bike will drive for about 10 miles and then the ignition fuse pops. I've replaced it with the spare, then the other 10 amp fuses that the bike doesn't need in place to actually start up but they all blow. Sometimes after 5 minutes and sometimes after getting into only second gear.
I have replaced the indicators with smaller ones and moved the ignition key block using that after market kit. When the bike's stood still and running I've wiggled every available wire I can find but can't duplicate the problem. I know it's a long shot but has anybody had a similar problem?
