So now my question is this.

When I changed my plugs after they put in my tune, they were white (lean), after only 40 miles.

I now hauled ass for 300 miles today. Does my engine have damage from being lean?
Was the clicking noise I heard while idling at the first gas stop a peice of sparkplug electrode bouncing around in my cylinder?

I will get the right tune asap and change the plugs.
