Do you know that for a fact that was the tune#?
If you have secondary air you will see a manifold on top of the cam cover with three pipes leading to a valve which then has another pipe leading to the air box. If no SAI, id doesn't have any of that junk.
So - bike rode good before & after the exhaust, (including ride to dealers shop) then he installs first the TORS, then the base & in both cases it ran poorly? Is that accurate?
If that's the case they clearly screwed something up!!! (potentially wrong tune)
