Bob, you need Crampex - they are
instantaneously effective for me (or can be taken as a preventative, I believe?) and will kill a cramp in moments! Even those 'muscle-tearing' ones. Contact me direct if you can't find any (Google 'Crampex') in the US and I'll send you a pack.
