I've done a lot of research on the net now and crossed referenced all my findings with a local bike shop that I use a lot and can trust completely. I found a disc manufacturer with a good reputation for producing a quality product at a very reasonable price. Apparently next week they are manufacturing discs to fit my model. Here's the url.

At the moment this is my 1st choice. Also ordered some Hagon progressive springs to try and sort out the knocking on the forks.
