I ordered some LED warning lights anyways just so I could see them during the daytime, but I won't get them until next week. I am just going to pull the warning light bulb for now (assuming I can figure out how to get to it) and see if that works. I found a relay at my local auto store made for LED's and it does slow them down. I think it's just the cross wiring to the little dash bulb (and the low resistance from the LED siglans) that makes them all flash.
