Wow..!
i'd say a bit on the pricey side.
over here you could get a really sweet T100, around the same vintage,
for about $2500 to $3000 (US)...
but different parts of the would, command different prices.
i knew a guy that would spend a summer just buying up vintage british stuff.
when he had enough bikes to fill a container, he would ship it to australia, and sell them down there. he turned a tidy some too..
but at your price, i would expect the bike to be top notch. -j
