Yes! Tank off, see coils, see leads to coils - separate from coils and clean contacts well and make sure of a 'firm fit', replace tank. Of course you have to separate the fuel, the vacuum line and the reserve sender connector to do this - it's a common issue/remedy that leads many to buy new coils before trying this for some queer reason. Tank off requires body work removal, there are some bolts on the side of the tank bracket(at seat end) at either side 6 in total - I believe the outer two on each side will free the tank.Good luck.
