I got nothing..
Just looking up that number "C150721" doesn't show me anything. Now I'm not a wiz at this I'm just using "Triumph in America" book which shows that there should be another letter after that "C". The "C" range would typically be a 500cc model but I can't find anything that is a single C#####.
I'm under the impression it should be C(another letter)######. I'm no historian so someone might come a long and give you the exact information your looking for.
