Pleased with Triumph.
My bike got stuck in first gear with only 25 miles on the clock. One of the springs on the shift fork came off. This is a problem that no one I have talked to since has ever seen before, and I consider it a fluke.
Triumph was extremely good in resolving the problem, and helped me to deal with @$$hole dealer that did the repair. The techs did good work on the trans., but the management wanted me to pay for the tow to the shop, on a week old bike with 25 miles!

Triumph had to set them straight, when I demanded they call Triumph, and I did not pay for anything.

I am very pleased with the response from Triumph corporate, and while the transmission is not silky smooth, I did not expect it to be, because of the torque it has to handle, and it gets better with the miles. 16,000 miles since the repair, trouble free.
I love this bike.
