Its the fact that they have a couple of young kids who work there only for there staff discount on dirt bike parts. They are rude and have no clue as to what they are looking for. 3 months for them to get me the right fairing for my bike and they charged me for the heat fix on my Sprint which was a recall that they had checked off as done but when I pulled the fairings it wasnt done.
The service side is just as bad. They charged me 90 bucks plus tax to mount a tire. I bought a Tuneboy for my Sprint so I will never have to go there for actual real work.
