seeing as how you live in a town that's about 80ft above sea level, it probably needed to be more rich.
I have to set mine - stock setup - around 3.25 turns out, otherwise it's hard to start, runs lean. Raleigh is a whopping 300ft above sea level. Now, if I lived at a higher elevation, things would certainly be different.
